our second time in tulum was beyond magical. kan never fails to impress with its unique design, exceptional service, and delicious vegan breakfast. from the rooftop nests to the private cenote, every moment felt like a dream come true.

the decor was beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. the food was absolutely delicious and presented so well. the staff members were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly. the location was ideal, as it was only a short 10-15 minutes away from restaurants, bars, the beach, and downtown. it was the best hotel experience I've ever had! I was also thoroughly impressed by the sustainable design and architecture of the Kan hotel - it was truly a dream! the owners have put so much thought into the buildings, the views, and ensuring a close connection with nature. Our room had a breathtaking view over the jungle, and I hope that future development doesn't ruin this natural beauty. the staff were also lovely and helpful, and the pool area felt like it was nestled in the middle of a jungle. the cocktails were unique and delicious, and the private Cenote on the premises was a refreshing novelty. I can't wait to come back!

Abbiamo soggiornato in una struttura comoda proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria. Raggiungere la camera richiedeva alcune ripide rampe di scale, ma una volta arrivati abbiamo trovato camere belle e comode. Il personale ci ha accolto con cortesia e si è offerto di aiutarci in qualsiasi momento. Inoltre, la struttura era vicina a tutto, rendendo facile esplorare la città. Nonostante la posizione chiude alla stazione, le camere erano tranquille e offrivano una vista piacevole.

There were a lot of mosquitoes, despite the hotel providing bug spray. the shower temperature control was difficult to adjust, but the bath provided a suitable alternative.
