We had a great experience at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to the ferry and in a safe neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even held our bags before and after check-in/out. We didn't try the pool, but it looked nice for a refreshing swim. The only downside was the thin walls and lack of privacy with the window opening onto the corridor. a pleasant stay!

Stayed at Kiin in Cozumel and had a fantastic experience! The room was spacious and clean, with a really big fridge and comfortable beds. Loved the nice garden and pool, although we didn't get a chance to use it. The location was great, just a 10-minute walk to the beachfront and ferry terminal. We arrived early and the staff happily stored our bags. Also, the free water in the reception area was a great bonus, allowing us to refill our bottles without using plastic. a great stay!

La chambre offrait une vue magnifique sur la mer, et la salle de bains était spacieuse et moderne. Le service était impeccable, le personnel était toujours souriant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et copieux, avec un excellent buffet. De plus, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine qui était très agréable et relaxante. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement.

The neighborhood where Kiin is located in Cozumel is absolutely stunning. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the king size beds are so comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a refrigerator in my room. The staff at Kiin are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as the old and noisy AC units and the lack of privacy from the window opening onto the corridor, the overall experience at Kiin Cozumel was fantastic. The rooms were huge, the beds were comfortable and the hotel had all the necessary facilities.
