The staff at this hotel were fantastic! They were always helpful and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the amazing rooftop pool. The location was also great, just a short walk to the beach and close to amenities.

some of the front desk staff struggled with English, which made communication difficult at times. We also experienced noise disruptions from neighboring rooms, which disrupted our sleep.

It's so convenient to have everything within walking distance. Additionally, the staff at this hotel is top-notch. They were incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room I stayed in was huge and well-designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. At night, it was quiet and I truly felt at home after a long day of exploring.

The location was convenient, with Mamita's beach club and 5th avenue right nearby. The breakfast, although not served at the hotel, was delicious. this hotel exceeded our expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and kind, making me feel very welcome. The location was great, with a convenient OXXO right in front and within walking distance to everything. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The rooms with floor to ceiling windows were nice and provided a great view. Check-in was smooth and the reception staff were helpful and friendly.
