The hotel was fairly affordable and offered a convenient location close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was cozy and included a small kitchenette and free Wi-Fi, which was convenient.

Unfortunately our Christmas stay was ruined by the overwhelming noise. It was impossible to sleep due to the loud music that blared until 6 am from the nearby nightclubs. The hotel did nothing to address our complaint and the noise persisted every night. Additionally, the room was in need of maintenance with a dripping tap and an old mattress. This hotel may be suitable for party-goers, but it is definitely not a family-friendly destination.

On the positive side, if you're planning on partying all night, the location is perfect. It is right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, with nightclubs just across the street. You won't have to worry about missing any of the nightlife action.

The receptionist was unwelcoming and unhelpful, leaving us waiting for 20 minutes without providing any assistance.
