The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to downtown and all major attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The staff provides excellent service, catering to all our needs. The included breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. Plus, the hotel offers a stunning view of the city, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of their surroundings.

It would be beneficial if the hotel could improve the lighting in the rooms to avoid any accidents or inconvenience for guests.

This hotel was in a great location, very close to all the sites in the old city. The service was fantastic and the staff were always willing to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay.

The Easter experience was fantastic! We enjoyed two complementary hand-painted eggs and a basket of candy, which was a sweet touch. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily walk to all the main attractions and great restaurants. The rooftop terrace with the gorgeous view of the city was the best aspect of our stay.

The wifi was extremely slow, which was frustrating, and it took a long time for hot water to come through. Although the bathroom was lovely, the sink was not very functional.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, multilevel design of the hotel. The staff carried my bags and made me feel welcome. The location was perfect, and the room I stayed in had a deck with a stunning view. I would recommend this hotel for its aesthetics and ideal location.
