The hotel was a beautiful venue, with a splendid design that featured a mix of modernity and colonial style. the room was spacious and luxurious, complete with exclusive amenities that catered to our every need. the spa and wellness centre provided us with the perfect relaxation and pampering experience, with several massage sessions and body treatments. the outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers, provided a perfect place to relax in the midst of the tropical garden area. the restaurant served the most exclusive and delicious meals I have ever tasted with a bar/lounge area that was lively and welcoming.

There was only one minor issue where the atmosphere was not as lively as we hoped it would be, the bar was empty and quiet, but it was fine as we had to ask for service, and the staff were very helpful. On the whole, this hotel situated in a great location, close to many tourist attractions and with the most luxurious amenities, was worth every penny spent.

One can easily walk to the nearby markets and parks. the main plaza is within a 20-minutes walking distance.

That some rooms could be a bit bigger, and there were some minor details in the room service that could be improved. In some areas, like the bar and common areas, the atmosphere could be a bit more lively and welcoming.
