It was easy to find places to eat and buy groceries without having to travel far. Another advantage was the owner's politeness and helpfulness upon our arrival. He gave us information about the area and told us where to find everything we needed. Additionally, all the appliances in the apartment were in good working condition, including the fridge, air conditioning, and microwave.
