The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is just a short walk away from the busy center of Playa Del Carmen. You can easily explore the shops, restaurants, and nightlife on Calle 12, which is only two blocks away. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sun and sand without having to travel far.

The hotel could benefit from some upgrades, as a few guests have mentioned issues with the rooms. Some rooms have experienced water leakage from the air conditioning, which can be inconvenient and potentially damaging to personal belongings.

During my recent stay at a lovely hotel in Playa del Carmen, I had a fantastic experience. The hotel had a beautiful interior with attention to detail, creating a very nice atmosphere. The two swimming pools were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I especially enjoyed the live music played by a talented guitarist during breakfast. The hotel provided ample storage space and had tasteful decorations throughout.

One thing I didn't particularly like was the lack of shade in the rooftop pool area. It would have been nice to have some shaded areas to escape the sun when needed.

The hotel had not one, but three pools - one on the rooftop and two in the beautiful garden area. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant served superb food, and being close to the ADO station was a major convenience. The peacefulness of the hotel at night was a real bonus.
