This hotel is a real gem! The location right on the beach is breathtaking, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I loved having a kitchenette in my top-floor room. The included breakfast with fresh-squeezed orange juice was a delightful way to start the day. The attention to detail and value for money here are impressive.

The grounds, pool, and rooms were wonderful. Morning breakfast by the pool overlooking the beach was delightful. The staff were friendly and attentive. Regular snowbird guests were helpful and friendly.

We had a great time staying at this hotel, located right on the beach. The location was so convenient, we could easily walk to all the shops and restaurants in Melaque. The room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast they served every morning. Plus, the view of the ocean from the hotel was absolutely stunning.

Great place to relax with top-notch facilities and well-maintained grounds. Convenient location for groceries, meals, and local shops; all within a short walk. Friendly staff catered to our every need. Best we have seen this winter in Mexico, with high standards and affordable prices.

The building was old and worn, the rooms were not properly cleaned, and the breakfast was not good. the WiFi was unreliable and slow, making it difficult to work from the room.

Wonderful stay

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at a beachfront retreat in a charming Mexican town. The managers, Kyla and Antonio, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Antonio even helped us with our heavy suitcase and gave us a tour of the hotel. Our room, number 12, was spacious and bright with beautiful views. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, although families with children did add some noise during our stay. The continental breakfast was good, although I would have liked to see yogurt on the menu. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful animals, including dogs and a cat owned by Nancy, the owner of the retreat. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
