I recently had a delightful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfectly lovely, nestled in a peaceful area outside the city center. This allowed for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. They even provided an unexpected sweet upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a spa & wellness center, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated in a classy Spanish/Mexican style. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly luxurious.

I recently stayed at La Puertecita Boutique for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the center. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The property is beautifully landscaped with plenty of green spaces and two pools, one of which was hidden. The staff was friendly and the restaurant on-site was excellent. it was a luxurious and relaxing stay.

I stayed for a week and was amazed by the charming atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The hotel is located just a short distance from the town center, on a picturesque cobblestone road. The cottages, including the one I stayed in, had stunning vaulted, arched brick ceilings and comfortable furniture. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The peaceful ambiance of the hotel, with its quiet neighborhood and lush green spaces, was perfect for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed exploring the expansive grounds, which included two pools and plenty of seating areas. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

The hotel had a great atmosphere and beautiful gardens. the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant seemed like a great option for dinner. the location of the hotel was convenient, with the town center within walking distance. the room was comfortable and had a lovely balcony and fireplace. a great choice for a stay in the area.

There were some minor issues during our stay. the restaurant occasionally didn't have everything on the menu, which was a bit disappointing.

We loved the charming Spanish/Mexican-style decoration and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was kind and accommodating, even changing our room upon request. The location was great, just a short downhill walk to the heart of this city.

As adventurous travelers, we loved the location of the hotel, just a half-mile away from the bustling town center. The cobblestone road added to the charm of the place, reminiscent of the famous Bel Air Hotel in Los Angeles. The cottages-style rooms were delightful, with beautiful vaulted, arched brick ceilings and clean, well-furnished spaces. The staff, like everyone we encountered in Mexico, was friendly and in high spirits, even the Uber drivers. The property itself was stunning, with well-maintained gardens and two private pools. The kitchen facilities were decent, and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts and lunches, accompanied by wonderful homemade fruit jams. The peaceful environment, with birds singing, made us feel like we were surrounded by nature.

We felt completely safe walking around at night and have no complaints whatsoever.

We got amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was absolutely stunning and spacious, with beautiful tile, vaulted brick ceilings, and a large private patio with terrific views. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center. And the staff treated us like royalty, providing warm, personal, and organized attention throughout our stay.

The only thing that could make the breakfast menu better is a wider variety of options.

The gardens at the hotel were charming, with beautiful sculptures, fountains, and brooks. It created a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with fireplaces in most of them. the hotel also had a great location, being within walking distance to the town center and its attractions.

There were some downsides to our stay. the hotel was in need of repairs and attention, as the decor felt sparse and dated.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was so nice and the room was clean. The location was up the hill from the main center of town, which made it very peaceful. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The amenities in the room were great, including air conditioning and a sitting area. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were nice too. I had a really nice experience here.

If I had to point out one negative aspect, it would be that the staff seemed a bit inexperienced. However, they were still very nice and helpful, even with a language barrier.
