The hotel had spotless rooms and amazing facilities. We loved the private beach and all the amenities available, such as the pool and spa services. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices. The location was convenient, with beautiful views and a marina nearby.

Couldn't stay longer. Regret not having more time in this city.

Our stay in this hotel was great. The location was perfect, close to the shore and one of Mexico's beautiful beaches, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist us. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a good selection of food available. The room was spacious, clean, and had excellent facilities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning and comfortable beds.

I recently stayed at Las Hadas in Manzanillo for a short vacation. The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The room, although a bit stuffy initially, was nice and comfortable. I loved having a balcony with a beautiful view. The hotel has many amenities, including great restaurants and a Gelato shop on premises. The swimming beach was a lot of fun, and there were plenty of activities available. I wish I could have stayed longer!

I do recommend this hotel. However, there was one small issue.

We were delighted with our Beach Club level room, complete with private pool. The ocean view from our spacious patio was stunning. The staff provided excellent service, always prompt with the golf cart. The on-site restaurants were lovely and the food was delicious. The hotel was well-maintained and freshly painted. We already booked our return visit!

The food at the hotel was delicious, we especially enjoyed the variety and taste. The location of the hotel was also great, with beautiful views from our room and a relaxing pool area. Another advantage was the friendly staff, particularly Jesus the doorman, who was kind and helpful.

The restaurants at the hotel were quite expensive, so we decided to eat off property for most of our meals. Additionally, the service from the waiters and waitresses was not the best.

The beach was amazing and the water was calm and perfect for swimming. We enjoyed spending our days lounging on the beach chairs provided by the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. We even had a small issue with the shower, but it was quickly resolved by the hotel staff who were very friendly and helpful. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

I had a wonderful week at this beautiful beach resort. The beach was clean and the surf was calm, perfect for swimming. The pool was very nice and well-maintained, with comfortable lounge chairs and tables. The spa services were excellent, and my wife and I both enjoyed massages. We were impressed with the food at the restaurants, which was very good and reasonably priced. The wine selection was also a pleasant surprise. The daily maintenance and upkeep of the resort was evident, and any issues with our room were promptly addressed. we had a fantastic time at Las Hadas!

The location of the hotel was excellent as it offered easy access to key attractions and amenities. The staff at the lobby and reception were very friendly and helpful. The beds in the rooms were firm but comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The rooms were in need of maintenance and upgrade. The furniture was old and doors and windows needed attention.

I got incredible value for my money with a delightful room that had a huge patio overlooking the ocean. The location was perfect, facing a calm bay and still close to downtown. The staff was friendly and prompt with their service.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, especially the lack of options between 11am-1pm.

The breakfast was outstanding with a fantastic waiter named Excial, making it a great start to the day. The hotel's unique architecture creates a fairy tale-like atmosphere, and the surroundings exude peace. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is excellent. The private beach is perfect for families or a peaceful swim.
