The highlight of my stay at Las Palmas Luxury Villas was the personalized service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They anticipated my needs and were always ready with a smile. The attention to detail was remarkable. I felt like a VIP throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and attention to guests' needs.

I recently spent my thanksgiving vacation at this hotel and there were a couple of things that I did enjoy. the view from the room was quite amazing, the ocean looked stunning, and the beach was pristine. the staff were really friendly and helpful, helping me to navigate the area and making my stay more enjoyable. Finally, the location was great as it was close to the airport and other restaurants in the vicinity.

the full kitchen description was misleading as it lacked an oven which made cooking a challenge, especially for thanksgiving dinner. Lastly, the prices for food and drinks were quite steep, making it difficult to enjoy meals without breaking the bank.

The beach sand quality was top-notch. The food at the property was delicious. The villas were spacious and well-equipped. The staff, especially Carlos at the front desk, were hardworking and helpful. The grounds, pool, and beach front were beautiful.

Everything was spot on.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise that exceeded all of our expectations. the exclusive amenities, such as a private pool and beach access, made us feel pampered. the indoor and outdoor pools were pristine, and the massage services were exceptional. the sun terrace was perfect for soaking up the sun, and the garden area was a peaceful oasis. the staff provided top-notch service, anticipating our every need. the restaurant served delicious continental breakfast and dinner, and the bar area was charming. the location was breathtakingly beautiful, with stunning beachfront views.

The only minor issue we noticed was the lack of beach umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach. this did not significantly affect our enjoyment of the hotel.
