Couldn't fault anything.

The natural surroundings of this hotel were incredibly beautiful and peaceful. We had a great time enjoying the relaxing pool and thermal waters. the highlight of our stay was the star gazing event, it was unforgettable! Another great aspect was the attentive and friendly staff, always making sure our needs were met.

the limited menu at the restaurant was not very good and most of the plates were reheated in the microwave. there was a lack of towels and they were quite old.

The setting of this hotel is absolutely stunning. the blend of spa and wellness centre, swimming pool, open-air bath and sun terrace totally allows guests to bask in luxury. My favourite part of the stay was the massage and spa lounge experience which was absolutely rejuvenating. the restaurant really impressed me with the quality of the food and service.

While the luxury amenities completely fulfills all my needs, there was a minor issue with service. the staff were occasionally unprepared to handle guest requests but their willingness to accommodate was appreciated.
