the hotel, Little Gem, was definitely one of my favorites so far. the bathrooms were huge, with endless hot water, and the entire place was super clean. the beds were really comfortable and the modern decor added a nice touch. But what stood out the most was the staff. They were incredibly kind and extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I felt like I was among friends. I will definitely be staying at Little Gem Hotel every time I visit Tulum. It was a perfect experience.

The location was perfect, close enough to downtown and the Mayan Ruins, but still in a peaceful and relaxing setting.

The only thing that could make the breakfast option better would be to have more variety in the menu.

We had an incredible stay at this hidden gem in Tulum. the rooms were clean and spacious with a big balcony and a fridge. the hotel is located a bit outside of Tulum Center, which made it very peaceful and quiet. there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. the staff at the hotel was the main highlight of our stay. They were the nicest and sweetest people we have ever encountered. Allan, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He provided us with recommendations, called taxis for us, and even helped us book a couples massage and dinner. the hotel also had free bikes for us to use, making it easy for us to explore the town. We felt safe, cared for, and respected throughout our stay. This hotel definitely gets a 10/10 rating from us.
