The value for money is exceptional, with nice furnishings and basic amenities that provide great comfort.

The location was also perfect, situated off the main drag but still close to the downtown area with its great restaurants and bars. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities were all there, and I loved the charming courtyard where I could have my coffee or breakfast.

The owners, Milka and Jorge, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, right in the center of town but away from the noisy bars and restaurants. It was also just a short walk to the ADO bus station and a quick taxi ride to the beach. The internet connection was reliable and the room was spacious and well-decorated in upscale Mexican style. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Tulum.

Spent an exciting New Year's Eve at a hotel in the heart of a charming Mexican town. the owner was super friendly and helpful. the hotel room was spacious, tidy, and cozy with an awesome balcony overlooking the vibrant town center and its locals. There was a tasty breakfast offered every morning, which included amazing coffee and fresh fruit. the hotel is conveniently located only a short drive from both the beach and archeological sites.

The hotel room was a bit pricey compared to its basic amenities. the room lacked a full-length mirror and enough storage space.
