We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were amazed by the beautiful beachfront view from our room, and falling asleep to the sound of waves meeting the shore was truly magical. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room amenities, such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, and sitting area, were top-notch. We also enjoyed the dining experience at the restaurant, where the delicious food was served by a very attentive waiter. The spa and wellness center provided a relaxing retreat, and the garden area added to the serene atmosphere. we were impressed by the exceptional service and luxurious amenities offered at this venue.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Los Amigos Beach! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was great. They even created a WhatsApp group for easy communication. The rooms were beautifully designed and spacious, and the air conditioning kept me nice and cool. The private beach was stunning, and the cabana beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous escape from the hustle and bustle.

I recently had the most incredible beach getaway at a boutique hotel on a Greek island. This hotel is literally located right on the pristine white sandy beach, offering panoramic views of the crystal-clear turquoise sea. The hotel rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The friendly and attentive staff made sure that every aspect of my stay was perfect, from the moment I arrived until the day I left. The complimentary breakfast, which could also be enjoyed on the beach, was absolutely delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel had an array of free deckchairs and beds on the beach, allowing me to soak up the sun and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings.

That the WiFi connection at the hotel was occasionally unreliable. However, I understand that this is a common issue in remote beachfront locations and didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

From check-in to check-out, he made sure everything was absolutely perfect. the staff at the hotel were genuine, friendly, and had a great attitude at all times. the prices at the restaurant were great, and the food was delicious. the rooms were clean, organized, and had incredible views. We felt so comfortable and didn't want to leave! our experience was intimate, personal, and unforgettable. Thank you to the Los Amigos Beach Team for making my birthday celebration so special!

The breakfast included fresh-cut fruit and delicious pastries. the beach was clean, wide, and had comfortable lounge chairs. Free bicycles were available to explore the surrounding area.

The music in the restaurant and on the beach was too loud and made it hard to relax or take a nap. the food was hit or miss, ranging from tasty to disappointing.

the accommodations are beautiful and incredibly comfortable. the location, at the south end of the beach, was perfect and the staff was amazing. Everyone, including Michelle, Eduardo, and the rest of the crew, went above and beyond to ensure our stay in Tulum was exactly what we wanted it to be. They were warm, charming, and made us feel so welcome. We can't wait to come back!
