We stayed here for a night and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful central area with the pool and trees. The room was spacious with a very big bed. The restaurant staff were super friendly and the food was quick and tasty. The pool and waterslide were a hit with our kids, and the fact that it was open late was a bonus. The included breakfast was good with options for a fee. we had a great stay here and would highly recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Coatzacoalcos. The central area with the pool and trees was absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious with a big comfortable bed. The best part was the exceptionally friendly guy working in the restaurant. He made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.

This hotel is a great choice for a bigger group of friends on a road trip. Although it is located along a main highway, the rooms are situated at the back of the hotel, so there is no road noise to disturb your sleep. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities, including bottled water, toiletries, and cable TV. The air conditioning works perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. They offer a delicious continental breakfast, and the on-site restaurant provides tasty meals. Additionally, the hotel has a pool and other facilities for your enjoyment.

One downside is that the hotel's breakfast options can be confusing. It seems that there are different types of breakfast, but the receptionist did not inform us about this during check-in.

Spending my New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great decision! the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, close to the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. Plus, we loved the beautiful pool area and the fact that breakfast was included every morning.

The WiFi was not very strong, and it was difficult to use when we needed it. the noise level in the morning was a bit high, which made it hard to enjoy a peaceful sleep-in.
