My partner and I recently stayed at Los Pilares for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel welcomed us with fresh flowers and mint tea, creating a lovely atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. The small dipping pool and spa on the second floor provided the perfect way to unwind after exploring the city. Despite being slightly further from the center, the location offered a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle, and the staff were always attentive and quick to fulfill any requests. an outstanding value for a delightful stay.

This hotel, tucked away in a very cute neighborhood, offers great value for money. The rooms with hand-painted decor are beautifully designed in typical Mexican style. The staff is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location, just out of the busy area, is ideal for exploring the city.

I had a wonderful experience at Los Pilares and would highly recommend it.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. the hotel had a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, with beautiful decorations and a relaxing ambiance. the location was ideal, with cultural sights and restaurants within walking distance. Getting around was easy, with taxis readily available for a reasonable price. the amenities provided, such as WiFi, TV, restaurant, pool, and jacuzzi. the helpfulness of the staff was a standout feature.

One of the rooms had an issue with obtaining hot water, although the staff quickly addressed the problem. the swimming pool seemed a bit stagnant and was on the smaller side, which deterred us from using it.

The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the city center but not too close. The room was cool, clean, and comfy. The small fridge in the room was convenient. The welcome package with chocolate and Mezcal was a nice touch.

The rooms were well-maintained and it was always a pleasure to return to a clean space. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, we highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Oaxaca. I would definitely recommend staying here again.
