Omg the rooms facing the ocean with a private jacuzzi are breathtaking! staff is welcoming, except for one who entered without permission. Buffet breakfast had great options. Drawback: restaurants closed 4-6pm. Overall, a fantastic stay! 🌴

The sea view from my suite at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the sight of the turquoise waters was truly rejuvenating. The attentive butler service in The Club section was a thoughtful touch, making me feel pampered and special throughout my stay. The pool and beach areas equipped with Bali beds provided the perfect spot for relaxation and soaking up the Mexican sun. I also appreciated the unlimited visits to the exceptional restaurants, offering a gastronomic experience that exceeded my expectations.

The road leading up to the hotel was in quite a bad condition with multiple potholes, making the journey a bit bumpy.

Employees at Majestic Elegance are exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a remarkable stay. the attentive concierge, proactive butler, and friendly staff all contribute to a wonderful experience. the variety of food options, stunning views from the rooms, and well-maintained facilities make for a delightful vacation.

The resort's proximity to Isla Mujeres, just 15 km away, made it an ideal location for a quick visit to the island. The spacious rooms with outdoor furniture and air conditioning added to the relaxing experience, while the unlimited premium liquor and attentive butler service enhanced the overall luxury of the stay.

One minor inconvenience was that the sports bar, designated for adults after a certain time, still had children present, which slightly detracted from the adult-oriented atmosphere.
