My stay at Mamasan was truly exceptional! The bungalows had a unique and cozy feel, giving the hotel a boutique atmosphere. The staff, particularly Valerie and Juan Carlos, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. They provided us with valuable information and were incredibly generous. The location was also fantastic, being situated along the main strip and within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars. I was also impressed by the hotel's commitment to being eco-friendly, using solar power. I can't wait to return!

We appreciated their attentiveness and the fact that they made us feel at home during our romantic escape. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We were able to easily walk to nearby bars, beach clubs, and restaurants without any issues. This convenience added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

One aspect that left us disappointed was the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. We noticed that not all of the rooms were properly cleaned and there were even instances of water leakage.

The room is clean and comfortable, with a good mosquito net over the bed and fresh towels and bedding provided daily. There is no air conditioning in the rooms.

The location couldn't be better, right in front of the Tantra Beach Club and close to other beach clubs and restaurants. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing lots of great recommendations. The room has a magical bathtub with a view of the treetops and you can sleep under the stars in the geo-dome. The service at breakfast is exceptional.

There were some small ants and a tiny lizard in the room, but that can be expected due to the nature of the room and location.

I stayed at Mamasan Treehouses for a few days and it was amazing. The staff, especially Carlos, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is great, with easy access to restaurants and the beach. The Dome rental was unique and the windows provided stunning views and plenty of sunlight. The reflective solar panels kept the room cool during the day, and at night, we could see the stars while lying in bed. The shower had good pressure, and the wooden planks were much nicer than cement. The wifi was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Security on site made us feel safe, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Can't wait to go back!

The treehouse suite provided us with a romantic and cozy atmosphere, with comfortable beds, open windows, and a beautiful view of the jungle. The daily cleaning and eco tips made us feel at home, and the wifi was strongest at the rooftop jungle bar.

We had the best time ever at Mamasan! The service was hands down the best we've ever experienced. The staff, especially Carlos and Yessica, went above and beyond to ensure our trip was perfect. They gave us early check-in, recommendations, organized a driver for us, and even arranged a last-minute shuttle to the airport. The accommodations were super cute and trendy, with beautiful views of the beach and jungle. Plus, they have access to a beach club across the street. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at this venue- which is perfectly located in the heart of the beach hotel zone. I loved that I could easily walk to different spots, including restaurants and clubs. I particularly appreciated the free toiletries provided, which were high quality and made me feel pampered.

If you're looking for a quiet, serene stay without any noise, this place may not be for you. However, I would still recommend it to everyone because of its amazing location, great service, and fantastic amenities.

My treehouse at Mamasan was an unforgettable experience - waking up to stunning jungle views. Although the room had no balcony, it was comfortable and the staff went out of their way to make our honeymoon memorable. The hotel offers an eco-friendly stay with fresh water and electricity, and we had a delicious breakfast during our stay. The noise from nearby clubs was a small drawback, but it's Tulum after all. I highly recommend this unique stay.
