We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of everything, just 100m from the Zócalo. We loved being able to walk to all the sights and attractions in the area. The service here was excellent, with room service, housekeeping, and even a grocery shopping service available. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and a terrace to relax on. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which made for a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. we were highly impressed with this hotel and would definitely recommend it to our family and friends!

Great location close to the town square and tourist sites, convenient for exploring the area on foot. the rooms were kept clean and tidy. the hotel also has a lovely rooftop that provides a beautiful view for guests.

The beds were too hard for my liking, and the rooms were quite cramped. the bathrooms were not properly designed, making it difficult to use the shower properly.

Close to zocalo, beautiful church on corner, tourist sites and local mercado within walking distance. Small but clean bathroom, hot water with good pressure. Window offered view of church tower. Room darkening shades and air conditioning worked well. Helpful staff.

The rooftop area at Mansion Azul was stunning, offering a beautiful view of the surroundings. The hotel's proximity to the zocalo and a gorgeous church on the corner was a major plus. All the tourist sites were within walking distance, including the local mercado. I felt safe walking around, even at night. The bathroom, although small, was impeccably clean, and the hot water and water pressure were perfect. Our room, located at the back, provided a peaceful atmosphere with no street noise. The window offered a view of the church tower, and the room darkening shades made sleeping easy. Additionally, the air conditioning and Wifi worked flawlessly.

There were no windows in the room, making it a bit stuffy and claustrophobic. The loud 'background' music played in the corridors and landings seeped into our room, disrupting our desire for a quiet afternoon.
