I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The beautiful gardens and hacienda-style architecture added to the overall charm of the place. The location was easy to find, even in the dark and rainy weather, and the hotel is situated right across from a stunning national park. This park is definitely worth a visit, with its cascades, springs, and waterfalls. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor restaurant. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff, although inexperienced, were friendly and helpful. this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

Everything was spot on.

First of all, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made us feel right at home. Secondly, the hotel is situated in a beautiful location with stunning gardens. It was a great place to relax and unwind. And finally, we were delighted to find that the restaurant was still serving late at night when we arrived. This was a huge convenience for us after a long journey.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We recently traveled to Uruapan for our son's wedding and stayed at Mansion Del Cupatitzio. The hotel staff, many of whom have been working there for over 20 years, truly embody the hotel's values and made us feel at home. The historic property, dating back to the 1930s, is both elegant and comfortable, with spotless rooms. The location, right next to the National Park, was perfect for us to explore nearby attractions such as Paracho and Patzcuaro. We were impressed by the professional staff, delicious food, and well-maintained grounds. We can't wait to return to Uruapan and Mexico thanks to our wonderful experience at Mansion Del Cupatitzio.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to a beautiful national park with cascades and waterfalls. the rooms were comfortable with high, end amenities and the staff was very welcoming and attentive. the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. a great experience.

The noise levels in the room were quite high, with poor insulation from outside noise. There was also a lack of signage to remind guests to respect each other's privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum.
