Nestled in a peaceful location outside of the main area, the hotel is close enough to enjoy the fun in the town center but slightly away from the busy action. The rooms are well-maintained with comfortable beds, large bathrooms, and small balconies offering partial views of the ocean. The staff is kind and helpful, providing daily maid service and arranging for additional services like golf cart rentals. Guests can also enjoy the warm pool and relax on the rooftop deck with amazing views.

The wifi signal is weak and inconsistent, and there are only two English TV channels with subscription problems after several days.

Our stay at this charming aparthotel was a little piece of paradise! The room was open and spacious, with a lovely balcony offering a partial ocean view. We thoroughly enjoyed the large shower and appreciated the convenience of having a kitchenette. The location was perfect, situated a few blocks away from the bustling downtown area, providing us with a peaceful and tranquil environment. The short walk to the beach was a bonus, and we loved spending evenings on the rooftop terrace, witnessing breathtaking sunsets. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to assist. We also liked that we could rent beach chairs and umbrellas for a more comfortable beach experience. our stay was spectacular, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great value for money! This hotel is located in a peaceful residential area in the hills, away from the noisy center. The staff was attentive and friendly. The rooms had two balconies, one with an ocean view, and were constantly kept clean. The breakfast was a nice touch!

Located a short walk from downtown, Mar Y Suenos is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Situated down the hill, it offers a tranquil escape from the noise of the main street. Guests can easily access the quieter beach, just a few blocks away. The rooms are spacious and equipped with modern amenities, including clean and large bathrooms. The friendly staff ensure daily cleaning and provide excellent service. Additionally, guests have access to useful facilities such as beach towels, beach chairs, and bicycles.

Some guests have mentioned that the pool could use better maintenance and that the pool chairs appeared dirty.

mar y suenos was a great stay! conveniently located, lovely staff, clean studio, and unbeatable price. our previous stay in sayulita was also good, but this place exceeded expectations. everything we needed was provided, including surprising rooftop views not mentioned in the listing.

We loved the cozy and well-equipped rooms, the hot water and kitchenette were especially convenient for us. The location in the northern part of town provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the noise. The property had a charming cat that we fell in love with. The room was always clean and matched the pictures online.

Had a great Christmas holiday here! Loved the location as it was a short walk from both the beach and the town center. the staff was super friendly and offered complementary beach towels and bikes for rent. the rooftop terrace had an amazing view which made for a perfect backdrop to our holiday photos. the hotel was very eco-friendly and offered clean drinking water in reusable containers.

My only complaint was that the wifi was not great and only worked in one corner of the room. the pool was little and shaded for most of the day, so it was not always what we were looking for, but we didn’t mind because we were mostly outside and exploring.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay a pleasant experience. They even went out of their way to help me order a taxi for my return trip to the airport. the location of the hotel was great - it was situated in a quiet neighborhood, just a short 10-minute walk from the center and close to the beach.

The suite had an authentic feel, a great view, and a comfortable balcony. The small pool was perfect for water exercises or sunbathing. The top floor room had a fantastic view and the rooftop deck was amazing. It was quiet, with both air conditioning and the option to open screened doors/windows. The staff were helpful and considerate, and the price point was excellent for value. The kitchen facilities were perfect for preparing meals.
