The view from our upper floor room facing the harbor was beautiful. The swimming pool was great and the rooms were large and clean. The hot shower was also a plus. The hotel is centrally located near the marina restaurant district and a pleasant 10-15 minute walk from both the main square of Crucecita and Playa Chahue. The internet was good quality, except during peak times in the evening.

The hotel had a great location, only a 7-minute walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants and shops. Fabiola, one of the staff members, was lovely and attentive. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was nice with new furniture. We enjoyed the spacious balcony overlooking the marina.

Our room at Marina Resort & Beach Club was comfortable and clean. The pool area was well-maintained and inviting. We enjoyed delicious snacks and drinks at the beach club bar. The location next to the marina and local shops offered convenience without being too noisy.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the breathtaking view of the harbor and the stunning white colonial buildings nestled among the palm trees. It felt like a little piece of paradise. the location was also a major highlight, with easy access to the beach and various excursions. I enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops, making it convenient to explore the area.

the staff seemed confused about my reservation, resulting in my elderly mother being placed on the fourth floor without any elevator access. It took numerous discussions and arguments before they agreed to move us to a ground floor room as originally requested.

The check-in process was quick and easy, and the hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with beautiful views. the pools in the courtyard were relaxing, and we enjoyed the music playing outside. the location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and downtown area. Taxis were readily available if we wanted to visit other beaches. Breakfast was delicious, and we had a great overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the marina with easy access to boat trips. There are also restaurants and shops nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. The wifi could be improved, but we didn't mind too much. we would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Beach access and beach club were a great bonus, the beach was clean and beautiful. the location was very convenient, close to other beaches and attractions in the area. the staff was friendly and helpful, they were able to assist us with our requests.

The room we were given was not as described, it was not a suite and did not accommodate the number of people advertised. the hotel lacked maintenance and attention to detail, with stained towels and a weak wifi signal.

the location was ideal, being right beside the marina and the start of the pedestrian corridor to La Crucecita. the hotel's architecture, with its white with red tile roof and heavy white arches, was very charming. I loved the view of the harbor and the hills to the west. the well-maintained grounds and friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. the breakfast provided was enjoyable.

The pool was nice, with friendly staff. The location was great, near the marina and beach. The rooms were basic but had a balcony with a view. The staff quickly cleaned the pool and fountain. The architecture of the resort was impressive.

I had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a 7-minute walk to the beach and beach restaurants and stores. It was also in the middle of Huatulco, so it was easy to move around in a car. The room was comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy the sunny weather. The two pools on the property were clean and modern, and there was plenty of closet space in the room. I also loved the beach club, which had a restaurant and friendly service.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is located in a decent spot, close to a few good beaches like Santa Cruz beach and a beach club, which unfortunately has a dirty beach with a lot of contaminated water from the boats. The rooms are quite basic with no hairdryer or consistent towel service, but the bathroom has decent hot water. The breakfast is your typical hotel food and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel lacks elevators, which can be a challenge for guests with mobility issues.

Entrance faces marina, room balcony spacious with marina view. Door faces pool, swam 3 times a day. Location perfect, 5 min walk to beach, restaurants, convenience store, tourist shops. Walked 10 min to bank, then grocery store. Perfect little place, can't wait to return.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Huatulco. The location was perfect, within walking distance of various restaurants and shops. The tiny balcony in my room faced the marina, providing a nice view. The pool area was clean and the furniture looked new. The staff was extremely helpful, especially when I needed an early breakfast before my flight. The room was clean and a decent size, and I appreciated the two water bottles provided daily.
