This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the Malecon and the beach. We were able to easily explore the area and enjoy the street cafes. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony. The friendly staff provided good service, and the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and had a good selection.

The elevator was out of order during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with some even featuring a cute terrace or a full kitchen. The shower in the room was excellent, providing a refreshing experience after a long day of exploring. Additionally, breakfast is included, which is a great added bonus.

The room had a comfortable bed and a large safety deposit box with a secure lock. The hotel's buffet was excellent, and the staff at the front desk were very gracious and helpful. The proximity to the beach was amazing, just two blocks away, and it was also a short 10-minute walk to old town along the boardwalk.

The toilet in the room could use an overhaul, as it was a bit tricky to use. The atrium could use an upgrade for better ambiance.

We recently stayed at a boutique hotel during our romantic escape and had a great time. The breakfast buffet provided a lot of options and was delicious. We also loved the spacious room and the comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few blocks away from the beach and within walking distance to many attractions in the area.

We did experience a couple of downsides during our stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning took a long time to cool the room, which was uncomfortable at times.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the water in the shower was always hot. The buffet spread was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options. I also appreciated the safety deposit box in the room, it was spacious and secure. The location of the hotel was great, close to the Malecon. The lobby had good WiFi and a nice open space with tables and chairs. Additionally, the hotel provided free water from a cooler on the landing, which was a nice touch.

The hotel is conveniently located just a couple blocks from the beautiful beach and a short walk to the bustling Malecon. It is also within walking distance to the south end of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy all the vibrant activities Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

It would have been more convenient to have a Do Not Disturb sign for the door to ensure uninterrupted sleep, especially for those who like to sleep in.
