I recently stayed at Marriott in a beautiful hotel in Puerto Vallarta for a few days. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a fantastic lobby, sitting areas, and lush surroundings. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the cleaning service was top-notch. The on-site spa was a highlight of my stay, with a range of amenities to enjoy. The breakfast buffet and restaurant were exceptional, and the Tequila & Ceviche bar was a fantastic spot to relax. The hotel had a great location, close to the airport, and I loved the overall beauty and cleanliness of the property.

This place is a fantastic hotel with 5-star services that are always on point with every need and request that I had during my stay. It is well situated to enjoy the local area with beach access, and there are plenty of facilities to choose from. I loved how it's within an easy 5-10 minute walk to the Marina that has many restaurants and shops. Plus, the room service is incredible and even includes free Wi-Fi in public areas.

This resort in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely beautiful, and I would highly recommend it. the view from the lobby was stunning and set the tone for our stay. the food at the hotel's restaurants was amazing, especially the ceviche bar. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I particularly want to mention Ramon, who went out of his way to assist us and had great recommendations for things to do. the location of the resort was also ideal, with good food within walking distance and easy access to the beach.

We had an unpleasant experience at the pool due to obnoxious guests who let their children splash and disturb others. the staff were courteous and helpful, but it would have been better if they intervened in these situations.

Best Thanksgiving getaway ever! Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and sunset snacks. Great location near the beach and walking distance to restaurants. the pool area was huge and clean, with plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. happy to find a convenient gym on-site to work off all those holiday treats.

The room decor was a bit outdated and could use a refresh. the wait time for check-in was longer than anticipated.
