During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. Additionally, I enjoyed the complimentary high-speed internet, which made it convenient to stay connected throughout my stay.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the service was not up to par, with slow room service and unimpressive breakfast buffet.

The pool was small and located inside the gym, which made it difficult to sunbathe. Additionally, the TVs in the rooms could use updating as ours was stuck on a bad picture setting.

I had a wonderful stay in Torreon during Christmas! The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a festive atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, the hotel had a fantastic location, close to key attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the Wi-Fi in my room was not reliable and often disconnected.
