We had a delightful stay at a charming boutique hotel with a beautiful courtyard and a convenient location in the heart of the historic district. The breakfast each morning was exceptional, offering both Mexican and American options. The staff were helpful, and the owner even arranged a special gift for us when we booked multiple rooms for our friends. Despite a small mix-up with our suite, the hotel quickly resolved the issue and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Puebla.

Additionally, the hotel has a beautiful courtyard, ideal for relaxation, and a lovely terrace with a view of the street.

While dining at the restaurant, a waiter insisted that I hadn't left enough cash to pay the bill, which I knew was not true.

The rooms are spacious and unique, with huge skeleton keys adding a touch of charm. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring that guests have everything they need. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of fresh cooked options. Guests can also enjoy a lovely view from the patio during dinner or drinks.

One downside is that there are no windows in some of the rooms, which can limit natural light and air flow.
