The staff is nice and dedicated. They changed the towels and sheets upon request. The services, environment, and location are good. The personnel follows safety protocols. The breakfast is amazing and well organized.

The view from our room at Microtel was breathtaking, especially at night. The location was excellent, with restaurants, shopping, and museums all within a short distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay comfortable. The fitness center and computer center with high-speed internet were convenient amenities. The rooms were comfortable and the key card entry system was hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the surprising breakfast with hot options and the friendly service provided by the front desk employee. the location was also key, with a large mall and various restaurants within walking distance. Plus, having a supermarket right in front of the hotel was very convenient for us.

Our room had some maintenance issues, such as electricity not working in the bathroom and air conditioning. the carpet on the floor also looked very old and in need of replacement.

As a satisfied traveler, I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Microtel Inn & Suites in Chihuahua. My purpose for the trip was to explore the city for a few days, and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's comfortable and safe environment. The abundance of free parking in the public area was a plus, and the clean and cozy rooms provided the perfect sanctuary after a long day of exploration. The breakfast offered, though not exceptional, was definitely one of the best I've had in Mexico. Additionally, the location of the hotel near a shopping mall was convenient, especially with the numerous fast-food chains found around the parking area, including Wendy's, McDonald's. The front desk employee who handled my check-in and assisted with my requests was incredibly kind and professional, enhancing my overall experience. With the comfortable beds, helpful staff, and excellent facilities like the minibus service, I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

I had a great time during my Easter stay. the beds in the hotel were incredibly comfortable, making it easy for me to relax and get a good night's sleep. the cleaning staff was friendly and the rooms were kept clean and tidy throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel had a lot of safe parking space, which was convenient for me as I had driven to the hotel. the location was excellent, with many good restaurants nearby and a shopping mall that was definitely worth a visit.

One downside of my stay was the noise level in the hotel. the walls seemed to be paper thin, and I could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

I recently stayed at Microtel in Chihuahua for a business trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff, overall, were very helpful. The minibus facility provided was a brilliant amenity for guests, and Eric, in particular, was a true gentleman and always went above and beyond to assist. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and facilities.
