We had a perfect overnight stopover before catching our early morning flight. The staff at Miraflores was incredibly helpful, immediately fixing our card key issue. The room and shower room were huge, spotless, with lovely beds. We enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep, ready for our journey. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located on a pedestrian-only street, right in the heart of the bustling downtown area. the staff was always ready to assist and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

I had a terrible night of sleep due to a combination of street noise, the loud AC, the elevator, and other noisy guests.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city and everything was within walking distance. the room was spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the staff were friendly and always willing to assist. there was free Wi-Fi available for guests, albeit a bit spotty.

I had a bad experience with the payment terminal as it did not accept my VISA card, forcing me to withdraw cash from an ATM. the hot water was not always available and the internet connection was unstable at times.
