Convenient location and friendly staff.

Although the rooms were no-frills and lacked certain amenities like a fridge and coffee maker, we found them sufficient for our needs during our stay. However, there was one downside: our room faced a back street, which turned out to be quite noisy, especially during the late hours.

Excellent location, right in downtown. Clean rooms with hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast with variety of hot dishes and made-to-order omelette station. Efficient check-in and check-out process.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of downtown. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. We were almost right in front of the Cathedral, which allowed us to easily explore the city and be part of the next day's Celebration parade. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, from the room service to the medical facilities service. We were impressed with the variety of amenities offered in our room, including air conditioning, an in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi. The flat-screen TV and telephone added an extra level of comfort.

Perfect location, big rooms, comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, affordable price.

The hotel is conveniently located just next to the famous church, making it easy to explore the city on foot. It is situated on the main avenue Hidalgo, placing it in the center of everything. The rooms, although a bit old and not well taken care of, provide a decent place to sleep. Additionally, the hotel offers a great parking lot where you can safely store your car throughout your stay.

There were some minor service details that needed improvement.

Great complementary breakfast and free parking. It was located in the heart of the historic area, walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. We enjoyed the views from the balcony outside our room.

The noise from other rooms and the hallway was unbearable, we couldn't sleep at night. The bathroom smelled horrible and the linens were not clean.
