I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and beautiful castle surroundings at Mision Grand Ex Hacienda De Chautla. It was the perfect tranquil escape from the city. The reduced price we paid during the weekdays made it an excellent value for money. The breakfast buffet was also great and the thick curtains and extra blankets in the room added to the cozy atmosphere at night.

The buildings, castle, lake, and main house are wonderful. Temperature checks, hand sanitizing, and room sanitization were implemented. Clean and comfortable rooms. Charming historic hacienda. The stunning scenery around the hotel provided a perfect backdrop for our Thanksgiving stay. We enjoyed taking pictures of the historic castle and the serene lake. The breakfast buffet was a definite highlight of our stay, with a wide variety of tasty options. We also appreciated the comfortable and cozy atmosphere in our room.

Some of the staff members seemed scared or hesitant when interacting with guests. This led to slow service in the restaurant and sometimes contradictory information being provided.

We dined at the elegant restaurant and enjoyed the delectable cuisine and attentive service. The lounge area proved to be the perfect place to wind down after a long day of sightseeing, with its sophisticated atmosphere and top-shelf drinks.

Our only minor issue was with the location, as it wasn't within walking distance of any attractions. However, the hotel offered complimentary shuttle service, which made getting around convenient and hassle-free.
