Located near Tasquena terminal, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms large and clean with nice restaurant. Fresko market nearby for luxury food. Hotel provided little touches like toothbrush. 👌

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The location is perfect, being very close to the Tasquena terminal. If you don't have a heavy bag, you can even walk there. It's so convenient to have the metro, lightrail, and southern bus terminal right there.

In summary, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our holiday stay was much nicer than expected. the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. the hotel provided lots of little touches, including a range of toiletries. the restaurant was wonderful, and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed the convenience of being located close to the metro, light rail, and bus terminals. We were also pleased to discover a luxury market within a five-minute stroll of the hotel.

One major drawback was the lack of air conditioning or even a fan in the room, making it uncomfortably hot at times. It was also a bit pricey for the amenities offered, especially given that we stayed during the holiday season and expected more.
