I had an absolutely amazing stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean, making it a comfortable place to relax. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pools, which were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff, particularly Elsy Yolanda, Carlos the chef, Roberto Jimenes. They made me feel right at home and provided excellent service.

The hotel restaurant staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also liked that the hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Another great aspect was the fantastic location of the hotel, which provided easy access to some of the most popular tourist attractions in the city.

the hotel seemed to lack transparency in their approach and often lacked enough effort in organizing activities. It would have been better if they could have been clearer about the activity timings and offer more activities for guests.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The exclusive amenities made our stay here truly luxurious. The bar/lounge area was great, serving delicious snacks and drinks. The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were relaxing, and the garden area was beautifully kept. Also, being able to access the beach was a great bonus. The entertainment provided was top-notch, making our evenings memorable.

Only one minor issue: we noticed the sauna was not working properly during our stay. Other than that, the rest of the facilities were excellent.
