First off: this hotel is not finished. It’s still in the midst of construction.

It was far enough from the party places so the loud music didn't bother us, but close enough that we could easily reach everywhere by taking a nice stroll along the beach. the staff at the property were exceptional, always ready to help and provided excellent recommendations for food places. the place itself was clean, fancy, and had a chilled and laid-back atmosphere. the breakfast prepared by Hermelindo, Jose, Walter, and Cornelio was excellent, and they also served us artistic cocktails. the room was exactly as pictured, and we received a warm greeting upon arriving late. the kitchen was open 24 hours, which was convenient for getting a bite to eat. the restaurants had amazing food and a great ambiance, especially on grill days with live music. the massages provided were fantastic, and we had the option of indoor or outdoor massages. the beach area was spacious with plenty of seating, and the temperature-controlled pool felt nice. the cleaning service came twice a day, which was really convenient. There was also a liaison available to help coordinate taxis, dinners, and any other hotel needs, ensuring everything ran smoothly. the staff were friendly and attentive, and I would definitely stay here again.

The gourmet food at the rooftop restaurant is exceptional and expertly presented. And let's not forget the stunning views from all the rooms, offering breathtaking vistas of the surroundings.

The only improvement needed for breakfast selection would be to offer a wider variety of fruits and pastries.

We were greeted by the warmest staff who made us feel at home. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a breathtaking suite. Our mornings were made better by the excellent breakfast, and the rooftop sunset was an experience not to be missed. the location was perfect, just a few meters from the beach.

The menus were all Q codes, which was not ideal, especially when we didn't want to carry our phones around on holiday. the rooftop bar was closed on two nights due to private functions, and no alternative options were offered.

We loved the spacious and well-equipped rooms, with an ocean view option for stunning views. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with taxi calls or recommendations. The hotel provided a beach bag in the room, and the towels were a nice touch. Live music on the rooftop added to the enjoyable atmosphere. The food, especially at breakfast, was delicious with plenty of choices. an excellent stay!

This hotel is a hidden paradise with exclusive amenities that meet a luxurious guest's needs. the tastefully furnished rooms and bathroom are extremely comfortable. the small but well-equipped gym, beautiful ground floor pool, and amazing rooftop infinity pool provide stunning views. the friendly staff, with Juan Victor and Mario as standouts, go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable.

The downside of this hotel is its distance from the center of the city. It can be a bit of a hassle to take taxis to and from the hotel for about 40 USD round trip.
