My stay at Mx Grand Suites was fantastic! I loved the modern and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a beautiful private terrace. Despite hearing some noise from next door, it didn't affect my sleep quality. We had a wonderful stay at Mx Grand Suites. The suites were well-equipped and perfect for our two-week stay. The staff were attentive and quickly fulfilled any requests we had, including delivering groceries and food directly to our room. The location was excellent, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the beautiful Chapultepec park just a short walk away. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to Mx Grand Suites in the future.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay at Mx Grand Suites. the sound insulation between rooms could be better, as we could hear our upstairs neighbor's TV late at night.

The spacious and well-lit room was a pleasant surprise. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. We particularly enjoyed the variety of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Plus, the fact that there was a washer/dryer in the building was a bonus, especially for longer stays.

One major downside was the excessive use of air fresheners and cleaning products in the room. It was overwhelming and made it difficult to breathe and sleep comfortably, even with the windows open.
