We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location, right in front of the beach, was perfect. We enjoyed spending our days on the beautiful white sand and swimming in the clear blue water. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel had a great range of amenities, including a spa and wellness centre, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The beach access was convenient and allowed us to easily enjoy the sun and sea.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel provided complimentary amenities like bicycles, kayaks, snorkeling gear, and Yoga classes, which enhanced our stay. The nearby Cenote Manati was a beautiful attraction just a 5-minute walk away. Despite its drawbacks, the staff was polite and there is potential for improvement. I would recommend this hotel.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was amazing! the two complementary drinks upon arrival were perfect to start the trip off right. the location by the beach was stunning and definitely worth the price. It was so nice to be able to easily walk to the water and enjoy the views. the pool in the middle was a great place to relax and spend time with family. the breakfast was delicious and always served with a smile. It was also really helpful that there were nearby restaurants and stores for anything we forgot to bring.

The distance to the rest of town. It was a bit of a trek to get anywhere else, and walking to the store for last minute Thanksgiving dinner items was not an option.

The friendly staff, including Isabel who provides excellent restaurant recommendations, go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

While the food at the hotel leaves something to be desired, there are plenty of dining options in the surrounding area.
