This hotel is a great value for money. The rooms are sparkling clean and spacious, with a balcony offering a nice view. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast is fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options. Plus, the location is great for exploring the newest area of Tulum, near the beaches.

This hidden gem exceeded all my expectations! The hosts were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were mind-blowingly clean and spacious, with a jaw-dropping bathroom and a terrace leading to the stunning pool. The breakfast spread was top-notch, with fresh fruit, delicious pastries, and made-to-order eggs. The free internet access, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and flat-screen TV were the cherry on top. A non-smoking property was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

The new hotel was clean, bright, and spacious with a big screen TV. The room was nicely decorated and cleaned daily. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Griselda, Vanessa, and the morning breakfast staff. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast at Mediterraneo Hotel was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the fresh fruits, yogurt, granola, and freshly made eggs. It was a great way to start my day. The bed in my room was also incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking, which was very convenient for me as I had a car.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Mediterraneo. the location was perfect for us, close to the beach and in a beautifully developed area. the staff, especially Griselda and Vanessa, were friendly and always helpful. They made us feel welcomed and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. the property was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and great AC. the breakfast by the poolside was delicious and the chef prepared a tasty omelette for me upon request. the hospitality and service at Hotel Mediterraneo exceeded our expectations.

The location of the hotel is not convenient for exploring the downtown area or the beach. The hotel is situated in a weird area that is still under construction, making it too far to walk to any attractions. Guests would need to have a bike or scooter, as taxis are expensive.

The swimming pool at the hotel is not heated, resulting in arctic ice-cold water that renders it unusable for guests.

The location was perfect for us. The breakfast in the morning was well prepared and delicious. There was hot water for showers. The staff always acknowledged you and were friendly. Griselda, Vanessa and the morning breakfast staff were always happy and fun to try and speak to in Mexican. Griselda would help us with our proper pronunciation of words. The property it self is clean and tidy. I apologise for not having his name but the young man on the desk was a jack of all trades greeting guests, bike rentals and painting the white stone. The cook who prepared breakfast was helpful and accommodating when I asked him to cook me an omelette. Great AC in the rooms as well. The housekeepers do a great job on tidying up the bed and fresh towels daily.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was huge with a nice bathroom, and the hotel had great facilities like a beautiful pool. The design had a Mediterranean style, which I really liked. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always acknowledging me and making sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh tropical fruit, pancakes, and eggs cooked to order. Eating by the pool made it even more relaxing. The location was great, close to both downtown and the beach, and I had no trouble finding parking. The hotel was always clean and well-maintained, with the rooms being tidied up and fresh towels provided daily.

The room was spotless and the daily breakfast was a pleasant surprise. We stayed at a hotel that had a charming ambiance with a new and clean setting. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the comfort of the bed and were delighted with the refreshing pool. the location was ideal for us as it was situated between the city center and the beach, which was easily accessible by bike.

We encountered a few minor issues during our stay at the hotel. Our room's WIFI was poor, and the toilet seat needed repair.
