The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially with our kids. The location, just steps away from the kid-friendly beach, was ideal. Despite the room being a bit dusty due to the bustling tourist area, the cozy and clean environment made for a pleasant stay.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with children. the location, just a stone's throw away from the beach, was perfect for families. However, the lack of proper room maintenance and cleanliness, as well as issues with Wi-Fi and room amenities, left much to be desired.

I appreciated the friendly staff who provided mosquito repellent due to heavy rain showers, ensuring comfort and peace. the location, just minutes from the port and close to the beach, offered convenience without the noise of clubs and bars. the rooms were spacious, with a balcony for relaxation, and the property was well-located near the town center and literally steps from the beach.

We stayed at Macondito Holbox for a relaxing 5-day beach getaway. the location was superb, just a block away from the stunning beach. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay extra special. the comfortable bed, clean rooms, and good showers added to the overall pleasant experience. Additionally, the hidden gem of a terrace on the second floor provided a tranquil spot to unwind.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
