Centralized Location, Helpful Staff, Spacious Rooms. We loved the centralized location of this hotel, making it easy for us to explore the nearby plazas, restaurants, and attractions. The staff was very helpful and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The spacious rooms were a highlight, providing us with comfort and ample space to relax. We also enjoyed the amazing views from the gym and the restaurant on the 7th floor, where we could soak in the beauty of the city while enjoying our workouts or meals.

The hotel was lovely and our room had a huge terrace with an amazing view. We enjoyed the included breakfast, which offered a variety of local cuisine. The location was also convenient, within walking distance of main historical buildings and museums.

One drawback was the lack of coordination among the staff, causing some difficulties. However, overall I would still recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, great location, and delicious breakfast.

The service room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service are all top-notch. The housekeeping staff keeps the rooms in pristine conditions. The shops/commercial services on-site are convenient, and the laundry service is efficient. The airport shuttle is a great perk. The rooms are well-appointed with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The balcony and sitting area provide extra comfort. The terrace offers a nice spot to relax. The in-room safe and dining table are convenient features. The soundproofed rooms ensure a peaceful stay.
