The room at Nh Collection was clean, modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff provided exceptional service, especially Saul C. who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The location was also perfect, with plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing experience! Loved the location of the hotel, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Big rooms with comfortable beds and an amazing gym.

The room key system was a real inconvenience for a romantic escape. You only get one key per room and the system often deprograms the cards.

My stay at this hotel was luxurious and fulfilled my exclusive amenities needs. The sun terrace was breathtaking with stunning views. The restaurant exceeded my high expectations with a variety of special diet menus. The room was equipped with exclusive advantages giving me a comfortable stay.

Sadly, I did experience some noise pollution from the bar and lounge area, which was a minor issue. the service was great and the staff were very friendly and took care of my every need during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near many quality restaurants as well as a very nice cinema. Guests can easily walk to these establishments in the Financial district. The rooms are spacious and filled with natural light, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom has a big shower with lots of hot water, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel are highly skilled and provide excellent service. The hotel also offers decent amenities, including a functional gym and fast Wi-Fi.

Some guests have reported issues with the key cards, with frequent failures and the inability to provide two keys.
