The good outweighs the bad (barely)

The suite with private pool was a real treat,, offering stunning views and beautiful open spaces that are surrounded by lush greenery and birds.

Though the location is appealing, I found the air conditioning disappointing during my stay, which made my experience feel a tad less enjoyable.

This stay was a delightful escape! Our Suite with Private Pool offered stunning views and a design that perfectly matched the serene atmosphere. However, my experience wasn't all smooth sailing. The pool and hot tub looked like they'd seen better days and needed cleaning—a real letdown considering the price. I encountered a decent number of insects in the room, which made it tough to fully chill out. To top it off, during my stay, the air conditioning went on strike just when I needed it most. it left my room feeling hot and stale. While the surroundings were lush, some areas lacked upkeep that you'd expect for a premium rate. Let's just say, there are some bumps in the road that need smoothing out here.

The Superior Double Room had a nice layout, but the air conditioning failed during my stay, which made it uncomfortable. The hotel's location is appealing, but access through the gate was problematic as it would not open automatically, leading to delays when entering and exiting.
