The location was fantastic, facilities were amazing, and the room was great too. The design of the hotel is beautiful. It’s one of the most serene, relaxing places I have ever been. The yoga on the deck in the morning is magical. Breakfast is absolutely delicious- different to your standard buffet, all so healthy and fresh. The food in general- especially in the Beach restaurant is amazing!! The location is perfect, feels very remote and calm compared to anywhere else further down the beach. It has a wonderfully unique, Tulum feel. Hotel has bikes you can borrow to explore the area. Check out Charly’s vegan tacos 300m as you turn left out of the hotel- really cool little place. Would 100% come back- it’s expensive but worth it if you want to escape and have a super relaxing, unique holiday.

Felt fine, nothing to complain about.

The "Goan Chic" style of the hotel was thoughtfully decorated and created a beautiful atmosphere. The bar and two restaurants offered fantastic food, with the beachfront restaurant being a highlight. The staff were helpful and even anticipated our needs, providing mosquito repellent and late-night food. The beach facilities were top-notch and the overall ambiance in the evenings was incredibly romantic.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was excellent, right on the beach and it felt very remote and calm compared to anywhere else further down the beach. The staff were SO friendly and helpful, they really got us into an amazing mood. The amenities were top-notch, from the spa and wellness center to the outdoor swimming pool. The restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast options were impressive. We also enjoyed the free yoga classes on the beach and the daily activities offered. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We loved the stylish and boho decor of our deluxe tent, especially the outdoor shower and bathroom among palm trees. The outdoor space with a big double bean bag bed was perfect for relaxing. The hotel's beachfront location provided plenty of beds and beautiful views. The breakfast buffet offered delicious options and the staff even cooked omelettes to our preference. The hotel staff were attentive and we enjoyed the free daily morning yoga sessions on the beach.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location of this place is fantastic, situated in a more quiet and serene part of the hotel zone. I loved the fact that it was closer to the entrance of the biosphere, offering a more peaceful and tranquil ambiance. The beach area here is absolutely stunning, with its crystal clear waters and soft sand. They had many day beds and lounge chairs available, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

I was blown away by this place. The location on the stunning beach was breathtaking, perfect for long walks and the swimming pool was so relaxing. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and room service was efficient. I loved being able to rent a bike and explore the surrounding areas. And the room was so comfortable, with top-notch amenities.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the fabulous breakfast and the beautiful resort. The delicious breakfast spread provided a great start to our day, while the resort itself was stunning with gorgeous decor and a relaxed bohemian vibe. The best aspect of our experience was undoubtedly the pristine beach just steps away from our accommodation. The white sand and turquoise sea created a picturesque setting that made our holiday even more memorable.

While the overall experience was fantastic, there were a few aspects that could be improved. Some of the staff members seemed a bit snobby, although most were gracious and accommodating.

Stunning design and picturesque scenery, with daily beach yoga and great sun bed options. Ocean Suites offer a beautiful view and La Popular restaurant is fantastic for lunch. Helpful concierge staff for excursions. World class food.

Beautiful beachfront resort with unique 'tent' rooms, perfect for a peaceful retreat. Enjoy daily free yoga sessions and delicious breakfast options. Great staff, especially Carlos, who provides excellent service during breakfast. The hotel also offers workshops and bicycles for guests to use.
