We recently stayed at Hotel Noor for a quick getaway and were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a decent bathroom. The hotel's location right near the water taxi was ideal, and we enjoyed the lovely view from our room and balcony. The nearby coffee shop with its great selection of juices and smoothies was an added convenience. Finding parking was always easy during our 2-night stay. We have stayed at Noor several times in the past and will continue to choose them for our overnight stays.

I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent, and it provided breathtaking views of the bay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a soft bed and a quiet AC. I especially enjoyed watching the sunset/sunrise from my room, thanks to the amazing sea view. The hotel offered great services, such as room service, housekeeping, and valet parking. Even though I didn't interact much with the staff, they exceeded my expectations. The restaurant, Ahino, served delicious food and the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. The leisure facilities were fantastic, including a swimming pool and a beautiful garden area. this venue offered enhanced comfort and quality services.

Stayed at Noor for 2 nights while passing through. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Great location, close to the center and port. Enjoyed the sea view. Nothing special, but no major complaints either. Good place to crash in Chetumal.

We had a great experience staying at this place. The location is fantastic, facing the bay and situated on the main road, but in a quieter part. It was great to be just down the road from the boat terminal and a short drive from the airport. The staff here is incredibly nice and friendly. They were so warm, helpful, and constantly had a smile on their faces. The service provided, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch. We really appreciated the variety of amenities offered, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and terrace with garden furniture. The room was clean and had all the necessary essentials, including free toiletries and an AM/FM alarm clock. The dining experience was exceptional, with a great selection of food and drinks available at the restaurant. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff were always accommodating to our special dietary needs.

We booked a last minute reservation and the price was FANTASTIC! I appreciated being able to book a ground floor unit and loved the proximity to the nearby coffee shop. During our 2-night stay, it was always easy to find parking on the street or in their lot. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with nice bathrooms and good toiletries provided. The hotel offers flexible check-in for late arrivals and has outdoor space available. There is a separate restaurant right downstairs, offering great value for money. We have stayed at Noor several times in the past and will continue to choose them for our overnight stays when we drive up from Belize!

The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the beachfront walk and next to a popular shopping destination. Guests can enjoy a great view and have access to a good pool and an on-site restaurant. The hotel also provides easy access to the ferry terminal, making it convenient for travelers. the hotel is situated right by the waterside, offering a pleasant atmosphere.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the spacious and clean rooms. the bed was incredibly comfortable, a rare find in Mexican hotels. the large shower with plentiful hot water was also a major plus. the hotel's location on the malecon was ideal, providing a beautiful view of the water. Additionally, being close to the park of the Renissance was convenient for exploring the area.

One major drawback was the lack of a desk in the room, making it impossible to work comfortably. the poor Wi-Fi connection was also a disappointment, as it only worked outside the room or on the balcony.

I stayed here with my mum for one night before travelling to Belize the next day. We thought this hotel was great and really good value for money. We had a lovely view of the ocean. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were great. Would definitely recommend!
