The Occidental Nuevo Vallarta is a great hotel that I absolutely loved! The location was perfect for the relaxing vacation I wanted. The smaller size of the hotel made it feel more intimate and allowed me to have a closer connection with the staff, who were always attentive and friendly. The beach here is wide and clean, with shallow and safe waters for swimming. The service at this hotel is top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and medical facilities available. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were excellent, with a variety of delicious food to choose from at the buffet meals and the A la carte restaurants.

Amazing Beach Experience

During my recent stay at a beach resort, I was blown away by the stunning beauty of the beach. The crystal-clear waters and soft sands were absolutely mesmerizing. I spent hours basking in the sunshine and taking refreshing dips in the water. Additionally, the resort offered a variety of delicious food options that exceeded my expectations.

The beachfront location is convenient, with a selection of good restaurants. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The clean facilities and well-kept gardens create a pleasant atmosphere. The beach is sandy and enjoyable, free from rocks and seaweed. The cabana on the beach offers comfortable seating and constant food and drink service.

The bellhop provided transportation and restaurant recommendations. Cleaning staff and maintenance personnel were kind. Good food, accommodations, beach, and location. Excellent staff including Yuney, Michele, Krystal, Samuel, Erik. Well-kept property with standout staff including Carlos, Areceli, Carla, Humberto, and Gabby. Best hotel experience with superb customer service, comfortable beds, varied food options, cleanliness, and great service from Esmerelda and Manuel. Good location with beach and shopping mall nearby.

I had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and central enough to visit other places. The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is that there was some construction going on during my stay, which made it a bit noisy. However, this small inconvenience did not detract from the overall amazing experience I had here.

The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spacious and clean bathroom in my room. The breakfast options were great and the wait staff in the buffet area were always accommodating and caring. The location was also fantastic, with a beautiful beach and easy access to transportation.

I had the pleasure of staying at Occidental and the service was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and special. I want to give a special shout-out to Julio Larios, our poolside server. He was incredibly kind and always made sure our drinks were never empty. We looked forward to seeing him every day and always sat in his section.

The check-in process at Occidental was quite time-consuming with numerous paperwork to review and sign. It could be frustrating if you have a tight schedule.
