There was nothing I didn't like.

Beautiful location right on the beach. We loved the clean and spacious rooms, especially the hot tub. The daily housekeeping service was thorough and friendly. The beach itself was nice, although there were some rock walls that affected the aesthetics. The pool was perfect for our family, and the staff at the pool, bar, and restaurant were generally friendly and accommodating. The menu at the restaurant was decent and the food was good. Despite some minor drawbacks like occasional noise and limited options in the nearby area, we still had a pleasant stay at Omni Puerto Aventuras. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach vacation.

Great beachfront location with beach service and a pool. Well maintained with helpful staff. Good security. Dolphins can be spotted. Food and drinks can be delivered to the beach.

The breakfast was tasty, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the complex was large with many choices of restaurants, shops, and a marina. the pool and beach were conveniently close to each other with a beach bar in between.

The prices were high, and some of the rooms were dirty and outdated.

The hotel boasts exclusive amenities that cater to luxurious needs. the outdoor pool has a gorgeous beachfront view, with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxation. the spacious room has a private outdoor dining area, separate from the public bath. the restaurant serves tasty food, and the bar/lounge area has excellent cocktail options. the service was impeccable, with the staff delivering in-room breakfast and providing prompt assistance all day.

The entertainment could have been better. Although there is a designated area for live entertainment, it is seldom enjoyable and not up to par with the hotel's standards.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel & beach club in Puerto Aventuras. the staff on reception and throughout the property were exceptional, always going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They were attentive to our requests for room changes, extra towels, and taxi service. the hotel itself was kept impeccably clean, and the location in the gated Puerto Aventuras area was ideal. We loved being within minutes walk of shops, restaurants, the marina, and even a dolphin sanctuary. the pool was a great size for swimming, and there were plenty of sunbeds both around the pool and on the beach. We were also impressed with the variety of dining options nearby, such as Nauti Burro, which had a laid-back vibe, live music, and delicious casual food. We also enjoyed Paparazzi, an Italian restaurant, and Sabor de mi Tierra, a local cafe serving authentic Mexican food at great prices.

The room was exceptionally well equipped, with an awesome balcony, jacuzzi, DVD player, and a very nice shower. The hotel staff was exceptional, accommodating all our needs and providing excellent customer service. The location on the beach was beautiful and the breakfast served was plentiful and delicious. Despite the minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

As foreign tourists, we loved the beautiful, lush beaches and the good vibes all over. The staff was kind and helpful, and the beach had excellent service, delivering food and drinks right to our spot. The swimming pool was sizable with plenty of loungers, and we felt safe with the potent security. The location is perfect for relaxation, with a beachfront, pool, and hot tub. The "food court" area outside the hotel was charming, with a variety of restaurants and a view of the Delphinarium.
