I had the most amazing stay at a beautiful resort nestled in the heart of the rainforest. The infinity pools flowing into the ocean and the rainforest were absolutely magical. The staff at the tree top bar, Christian, Ruben, and Fernando, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. Definitely worth the visit!

Amazing location with breathtaking views of the ocean and rainforest. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the tree top bar. Rooms were well-designed with a private feel. Restaurants offered delicious food and excellent service. Enjoyed the Jetty beach for swimming and relaxation. a fantastic experience.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning. Surrounded by lush rainforest, you can hear the soothing sounds of nature while enjoying breathtaking views. The infinity pools flow seamlessly into the ocean or onto the rainforest, creating a magical and serene atmosphere. The food in all the other restaurants is exceptional, with high-quality dishes and top-notch service.

Some staff members seem to prioritize tips, which can be a bit off-putting.

Thanksgiving at the hotel was wonderful! I loved being surrounded by nature and hearing the peaceful sound of the ocean. the staff was amazing, always friendly and willing to help. the food was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed the variety of options offered. Another great aspect of the hotel was how easy it was to get to the beautiful beach and how clean it was. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax in a stunning location.

The only downside of my stay was that the rooms lacked privacy. It would have been nice to have a bit more separation from the other guests.

The luxurious amenities here are simply amazing. From the wonderful massage and body scrub to the exquisite beauty treatment at the spa, everything was top-notch. This hotel never failed to make me feel pampered and relaxed. the sun terrace and garden area are perfect for enjoying the beautiful outdoor surroundings and the entertainment was great too.

Although I had an amazing time here, I did experience one minor issue.
