We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as we wanted somewhere close to the airport, and it was within walking distance, which was great. The staff were pleasant and the hotel was clean and modern. We had a nice view of the airport from our room, which was a bonus.

A great location is always a plus for your family with kids. This hotel is located in a commercial area that has car rental and close to buses that go to popular Sayulita beach. The hotel is also a short walk from the airport, which is convenient if you have an early flight. The rooms are small but functional with attached nightstands and a shelf that acts as a desk and luggage stand. The breakfast is great and coffee is available all day. Also, the hotel has an unheated pool.

The pool furniture is not well-maintained.

We loved the comfortable and clean rooms with nice furniture and free WiFi. The helpful staff and convenient location near the airport, Plaza Marina, and restaurants made our stay enjoyable. Excellent value for money, we would definitely come back!

stayed in PV before, but One Puerto Vallarta exceeded expectations for our wedding celebration. Walkable from the airport, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a generous breakfast. Great value for an overnight stay.

For our romantic escape, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and coffee. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to many restaurants and public transportation. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered daily maid service.

The room was quite small and lacked amenities such as a fridge and a safe for our valuables. the air conditioner was loud and there was some noise from nearby rooms.
