The breakfasts were great and they start serving at 7.15. Luggage room available. In-room amenities include frig with water, coffee maker with coffee and tea, and blow dryer. Staff was very helpful and provided lots of information. Nice and clean place in a quiet location near the road to the beaches.

Our recent stay in Tulum was amazing! We were impressed with the warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, and the location was perfect. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the town center and near a tasty restaurant and convenient Oxxo. the cozy and quiet rooms had comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning, which made for a great night's rest.

The fixtures in our tiny room also left something to be desired, as well as the combined double beds that were advertised as a king bed. However, we did appreciate the attentive Mexican staff, who promptly attended to our water leak in the middle of the night.

Our stay at Pacha Tulum Boutique was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect - close to the main street but away from the noise. We appreciated the helpful staff who provided us with extra towels and soap when needed. They even left cold water bottles in our mini fridge! The timely responses to our inquiries were impressive. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at a lovely clean B&B in Tulum. The location was great, away from the noise of the town but still close to restaurants.
