the value for money was incredible. I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a beautiful and spacious room. The attention to detail was outstanding, from the stylish decor to the huge bathroom that made me feel like a VIP. Secondly, the location was perfect, with the hotel's own beach bar just a short stroll away. I loved sipping cocktails and enjoying the picturesque views. Lastly, the staff were exceptional. Manuel, our butler, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. He arranged golf sessions and even chauffeured us to the beach club in a golf car. Truly fantastic service!

loved our stay at the boutique hotel in akumal. the room was amazing, especially the bathroom! the chef, daniel, prepared the best breakfast and was helpful with sightseeing. the staff was lovely, welcoming, and helpful.

The hotel lacks proper communication and organization. Some guests reported not receiving the necessary QR codes for entrance, resulting in delays and confusion.

De kamer was ruim en efficiënt ingericht, met een comfortabel bed en voldoende opbergruimte. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk, met vers brood en genoeg keuze.
